Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any technical manuals or tools are included.

  Ship to Sprockets

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
